The Community Corp.

Capital Building Partners.

MidPacific Futures.

CPPC, for runner.

Of the three pictures here I have been involved in the purchasing of two of them.

The vacation rental in Florida, and the Tractor Supply company in North Dakoda.

CPPC is a group of cpmanies where aproximity 400 familes and people have joined their finances together to create something greater that the sum of the parts.

Getting Started

Commonwealth is about membership.

My first step after talking to Boyd was to start a membership.

$8.88 a month. Active membership shows to our partner bank that we have an active community. We use partner banks as one of our backstops so we can do what we do.

$25.00 started as my act of becoming a consistent saver. Money that has been in this program for over a year was getting 7%. Why did I say “was”? Now my $25 a month is my Premium Membership at TCC.

See that Tractor Supply Company above.

I placed money with CPPC, and they combined all the money from the various members and created a mortgage to buy this Tractor Supply Company.

Now, we have two companies: the Tractor Supply Company and CPPC, which created the mortgage to buy the Tractor Supply Company. My money has gone to work with CPPC. I will get this money back at the end of the mortgage (about five years), and I now also have a partial ownership interest in the Tractor Supply Company.

During these five years, I have also received returns from the mortgage. 4% was the minimum guaranteed, with a best effort of 6% more per year for a total of 8% to 10% per year.

My money is never at risk.
Why Not?
We are working with a currently performing asset, the Tractor Supply Company.
It is backed by CPPC, which owns other assets that can be leveraged, if needed.
It is also backed by the banks we have relationships with. If necessary, we can use that line of credit we already have with them.

Transparency.

I know where the money went, and I can independently follow the Companies involved and the people managing them.

  • None of the money I put in went to anyone already in the program.
  • This is not a matter of trust but of fact.
  • No commissions are levied against any money I have put into CPPC.
  • I have participation agreements, that outline my involvment.

Accountability.

I get to talk with the people doing the Management. This is a training exercise for me and an accountability exercise for them.

  • The money I put in went to what it was said it was going to. None of the money I put in went to anyone already in the program.
  • Actual things were actually purchased.
  • I can trace the asset ownership to the LLC and the people who were its agents and who did do what they said they would do.
  • I get to talk to these people, not merely those who introduced me to CPPC.

It sounds too good to be true.

My words exactly. And I voiced this and no offence was taken.

I have been on many private zoom calls with the founder of CPPC, and on many Zoom calls with up to 90 other people.

CPPC and TCC are not involved in Stocks, Bonds or the Money Market. We are currently involved in purchasing performing real estate and business assets. We are not speculating on the future with a new idea; we are growing into the future with existing performing assets.

I am discovering that we use the same power to grow our commonwealth that all large corporations use.

Once you have a chunk of money behind you, you can do very interesting things with it.
